Price:

I. Quotation price is VAT inclusive
II. Prices may vary without prior notice and shall not be considered final until this Quotation Proposal has
been signed and accepted.
III. Changes in design or specifications after approval of the proposal may be subject to price adjustment as the
parties may agree.

Payment Terms:

I. A Seventy percent (70%) down payment shall be required unless RD Office Furniture Corp and the Client
shall otherwise agree.
The remaining balance of the quoted and agreed price shall be paid upon completion and full delivery of items.
II. Payment method.
We accept cash, checks, bank deposits, and online transfers. All checks must be payable to
RD Office Furniture Corp. For check payment/s, production lead time shall start after clearing the check payment.
III. If the delivery is to provinces such as Visayas and Mindanao, the remaining balance must be settled before we
send it to the selected forwarder or courier the client chooses.

Production Lead Time and Delivery:

I. Standard delivery of manufactured items shall be made within 7-10 working days.
Holidays and Weekends are not included.
II. On-hand item delivery shall be within 3-5 working days. Holidays and weekends are not included.
III. Production will start upon receipt Purchased Order, Down payment, and Shop Drawing approved by the Client.
IV. Lead time may extend due to the availability of raw materials.
V. Delivery and installation shall be scheduled upon the site visit and the Client’s instructions. However, it is
understood that the site shall be clean, ready, and clear of any obstruction or debris to avoid delay, losses, or
damage to the item(s). (see warranty policy)
VI. Free delivery amounting to 50,000 and above within the metro Manila area only.

Warranty:

I. Three (3) year warranty under normal wear and tear on customized items. (see manufacturing policy).
II. Six (6) months warranty for On-hand items such as Office chairs, Filling cabinets, etc. against factory defects from
the date of delivery of parts and services shall apply.
III. Warranty does not include damage to items caused by an accident, improper use or abuse of the items,
alterations, scratches, dents, or repairs done by someone other than RD Office Furniture Corp.
IV. If the Client insists on the delivery while the area/site is not ready. RD Office Furniture Corp is not liable for
any losses or damage to the item(s). And the Warranty will be waived.
